Full biomechanical assessment including othrotics if required. We will place digital insoles in your shoes and send you for a short walk. Once you return, we plug the insoles into our computer which will download all of the data, which our foot health specialist will then go over with you. This fabulous treatment assesses everything from posture to how you walk, giving us a clear image of what is going on. We then will give you a pair of orthopedic insoles (if required) moulded to fit you.

This manicure is all about nourishing and caring for the nails and hands. We begin with a tidy of the nails, followed with a soak of the hands & an exfoliation. Next, sit back, relax and enjoy a luxurious hand and arm massage with a hand serum and luxury massage cream. Next comes the cuticle tidy, to then be finished with your choice of gel or traditional nail varnish. 

This treatment is a dry manicure with your choice of traditional nail varnish or gel polish- this includes nail shape and tidy and cuticle work followed by perfect application of your chosen colour, to be finished with a hand and arm massage. (No soak or exfoliation)

BIAB (Or Builder in a bottle) is a type of Hard gel overlay applied over the natural nail. It cures strong and durable which ensures nails are less likely to chip between appointments, which in turn allows the natural nails to grow. This treatment begins with tidying the nail shape, followed by cuticle work and buffing of the natural nail to prepare for the gel. We then apply the BIAB to the nails, followed by a gel polish of your choice and finish with a quick hand and arm massage. 

BIAB (Or Builder in a bottle) is a type of Hard gel overlay applied over the natural nail. It cures strong and durable which ensures nails are less likely to chip between appointments, which in turn allows the natural nails to grow. This treatment is infills for already applied BIAB, we file away any colour/designs and de-bulk the gel.  We tidy the cuticles & then infill with BIAB, finished with a colour or your choice. 

*please note, we are unable to infill any BIAB applied elsewhere.

Gel removal service for after Gel manicures, pedicures or BIAB. We begin by filing away any shine from the gel, then wrapping each nail in acetone soaked foils. We leave it to sit, then gently scrape any old product away from the nail plate. If this service is booked alone, we then finish the treatment by shining the nail and applying cuticle oil to restore moisture.

This manicure is all about nourishing and caring for the nails and hands. We begin with a tidy & shape of the nails followed by a soak of the hands followed by an exfoliation. Next, sit back, relax and enjoy a luxurious masque with heated mitts, or perhaps Paraffin wax is more your thing?
